project: Our Savior Lutheran Church

Located in the north Texas town of McKinney, Texas, Our Savior Lutheran Church contacted Encore Design Group to assess the existing acoustic problems within their main sanctuary. Among the issues identified by the church was poor intelligibility within the space and uncontrolled loudness from their contemporary worship service. Encore provided site visits, measurements, and acoustical analysis of the room. During this process we identified a number of acoustical problems and provided the church with a written report on our findings as well as a list of acoustical treatment recommendations to correct the acoustical issues.
